And then there was light

Our new central light in the lounge that replaced the five candle bulb hanging light that I have bashed my head on repeatedly over the years.

This photo is backblipped and was taken about 1150pm today after we had completed the weekend's decorating project. We still have skirting to paint but that will wait until the carpet is removed (I do not want little bits of carpet stuck to the gloss) and we also need a couple of bits of skirting to be cut and fitted by the fireplace.

I was unbelievably tired after all this and didn't get to bed until 1 am, so once again getting the working week off to a bad start.
