Mackerel lunch

Mmm, sorry. Another food blip.

Thought I had a wee special blip of Toots and her new top but the wee monkey deleted it.

Then after I posted today (well, tomorrow's) blip, I realised I had one nailed at lunchtime. This was a work-related one.

So apologies but here is mackerel "pate" on a salad base. Served with pitta bread.

Tasted great, looked good, photographed ok.....
