Lack of colour

That's what today's been like: gray, gloomy and gray again! I thought I needed some colour....and there it is!

I have missed they last few blips, which is a shame! It's been a combination of me being perfectly disorganised (I went to Leeds friday to monday and my battery died as soon as I switched my lovely camera on) and hectic time at work! On tuesday I was in the longest meeting in history (well, my history anyway): 8:30am-5:30pm...I was so tired also because the weekend meant not getting very much sleep!!!!! I was so tired yesterday that I feel asleep as soon as I hit the mattress at 10...it was a great sleep!

Good news is that I'm going to Italy to see my family in a couple of weekends time, which was completely unexpected! Yay! It will be great!

ps. Listened to the new Coldplay single today "Violet Hill"...I love the dirty guitars in it, although not very coldplayey. But what I liked the most was the clip of Chris Martin singing a song he made up on the spot about a house with cheese window that Chris Moyles remixed into the new single as a joke....class!
