Strange flora

I found this in the garden today, not quite sure what it is grass or seeds. Any how I thought it was a bit strange and out of season, so I blipped it.

Feeling a bit strange myself today, headache and queazy. I hope I am not coming down with something its not like me to be ill. I am going to go and have a lie down for an hour.
