Yes, our old building, gone. Our new one next door, but we can't occupy it until it's insured. Right now that's a problem.

Basically, insurance company won't even consider insuring the building until it's been classified as in the green zone. Then they will reassess engineers reports, geotechnical reports and ll the plans and latest building code, and then they might insure it. It's just cost the landlord $6 million to build. A bit of a problem.
