Birthday Prizes

My mom had a friend many years ago now that called presents prizes. She was a funny lady.
We have a potter joining us a couple of times a week at the studio to spin or throw his magic as it were.
He actually started out his pottery career at Pinecroft and he has many stories to tell.
It's fantastic having him there and all the wonderful work he does.

So my friend Joanne came in and I was oooohing and aaaahing about our new potter and showing her his work.
She was oooohing and aaaahing too.
Then she asked me what I did on the weekend and I told her it had been my birthday....so she bought me one of his bowls!!!
Isn't she so sweet!!!
