Yesterday was the 23rd anniversary of my uncle's death. He loved Superman so when I spoke to my faither this morning he was chuffed when I told him I was wearing this top today.

Had my appointment with the doctor this evening. He read the letter I'd written and was very apologetic about the fact I felt I'd not been listened to. Still on Mirtazapine, but he's hoping to take me off it. In the meantime my Sertraline has been decreased from 100mg to 50mg for a week, then I'll have a week only taking my Mirtazapine before moving on to 5mg Escitalopram. Here's hoping...
