Team huddle

Another pre-season game for Worcester Warriors tonight - against Argentina. Yes, you read that right, Argentina! Apparently Martin Johnson and some of the England back room team were at Sixways to watch the game - England play Argentina in a few weeks in the RWC.

This is our team having a pre-game huddle after doing their warm-up - our away strip is very like the Argentina colours - not sure why we were wearing the away colours but they played in dark blue and we had the light blue kit.

Great game, some bits to work on (our line-out was rubbish, not sure what happened there) but the team played well and really pushed Argentina. In fact, Worcester very nearly won the game - but their very fast no.11 got an intercept try on 75 minutes so the final score was 15 - 21 to Argentina.

Shame to lose right at the end like that but we were happy, watched some good rugby with some great moves and feeling much less nervous about going back into the Premiership now.
