Universal Studios.... Dodging hurricanes

We set off to Universal Studios this morning shortly after breakfast. Bad news is that my spots (now look like huge hives, all over my arms, legs, chest and face...are back). I have no idea what is causing it?

Anyway, we did part 1 of Universal today. Best bits:-

1. ET ride was great and Rachel also enjoyed it. (although she is not a fan of rides at all!).

2. Animal Actors show was brill. Rachels face was a picture when they bought out the dog from Marley and me.

3. Waited 40 mins for Shrek 4D, then gave up!

4. I watched the Twister ride (bit too scary for Rach).

5. Starbucks!!

6. Street performers were great. (missed the Blues Brother show though :-(

7. Had our caricature's done.

Everyone is talking about hurricane Irene! Thank god that we were not on the ship this week as it's headed for the Bahamas!
