ladybird day out

After a horrible day yesterday and a bad night's sleep, I took a walk along the beach today. And with the lovely light of the coast and the restorative sound of the sea, I feel a lot better.

There were so many ladybirds there too - obviously having a seaside trip. Maybe they were depressed too.
