Asian Woman Derby

Todays Blip is from Derby a city that's in the news today as Cameron 'Our' Prime Minister has said that he's not back tracking on the decision to give the £1.4bn London Crossrail contract to Siemens in Germany thus probably seeing the end of the train manufacturing industry in Derby and the UK.
The people in Derby are really, really not happy about this and I agree with them it seems to make no sense economically and is morally wrong.
It also appears vindictive towards the midlands something that Conservative governments have proved themselves more than capable of in the past.
This picture has the word construction in it, is optically wrong and has a well dressed person laughing at a lone Asian woman with her bags packed ready to leave.
