Construction Site

This pretty much depicts my life at the moment. The refurbishment at work is running late; the work on my house is running late, and the work in my garden which would take "one day, two at the most" back in July is still not finished. There have been factors beyond anyone's control, such as heavy rain and suspected asbestos. But there have also been a few cases of "broken down vans" and "sick aunts" (ie, bigger and more lucrative jobs which take precedence). Someday, no doubt, all this will be done, and it will all be worth it (she says, optimistically).
