Drip-dry

They say on Top Gear that if you've never owned an Alfa Romeo, then you can't qualify as a Petrolhead. Well, I nearly bought one in the late 70s, but my sensible hat was on at the time and their then, unreliability, propensity to rust, reluctance to start and over-willingness to breakdown weighted the list too much on the con side.

Nowadays, I admire their styling and love their badge. If they made one big enough for our family, maybe I'd consider, but for now, this photo is the closest I'll get to owning one. So for now, I'll have to remain a Dieselhead and only aspire to a higher octane cranium.

Rather wet this morning, but now everything is drying out nicely - including the grill of this Alfa.
