Such a shame.

Driving down to Birmingham tonight to see some of my favourite old friends, before going to Liverpool the day after to play a gig. On the motorway on the way down, at about 11pm, there was a horrific crash a minute or two infront of me. I didn't see it happen, but I've never seen a car so mangled up. It was practically dust. Sadly, the scene held one fatality and a few very injured people. This side of the motorway was manic trying to get fire engines, numerous ambulances and police cars down. After two hours of sitting, we got turned around back up the road. I must say, hats off to our emergency services. They absolutely NAILED the situation.
