Apples

A sure sign that fall is on the way...the apples are starting to ripen. We have four apple trees--2 Jonathans and 2 MacIntoshes. My all time favorite is Jonathans. I love a good tart apple, cold and crisp. Just a few more weeks and they'll be ripe. That's one thing I love about fall--the bounties of the harvest.
