Two pots of compost do not make for an interesting photo, but it's the only one I'm taking today.

I tried to grow runner beans when I first moved house 15 years ago, but the caterpillars ate them & I didn't try again. My 40 before 40 seemed a perfect opportunity to try again, that and the fact that the seeds were reduced price in Tesco. So tonight I've planted thyme & courgettes and I've got some 'Cut and Come Again' lettuce too. Hopefully something will grow!
