The nights are drawing in .....

My mum said to me last night, 'well the nights are drawing in' (a Scots term meaning 'it is getting darker earlier and winter is a comin'').

We have barely had a summer and I don't think I've seen so much rain.

They say that in Scotland you can experience all four seasons in one hour. The rain has completely washed out my garden flowers so I have been nurturing this little gerbera (only £2 in Tesco!) for the last week or so waiting for a photo shoot! I used my new lens too :-)

The rain in Spain stays mainly on the plane. The rain in Scotland makes no such assumptions!!! Humph :-(
