Frozen plums

I keep getting these out the freezer to roast for our breakfast yoghurt granolas...have been thinking for a while that they look frosty and interesting enough to blip. There's something about them that reminds me of Brambly Hedge. As long as I live I'll never forget the magic of those little stories which tracked each season so perfectly. I'm sure the little mice could have feasted on frozen plums at the magical winter ball...
