Effort = Energy = Heat

Another busy day to finish the week off but I still have 2 major tasks to complete. They'll get done.....will need to squeeze them in between other tasks over the next few days.

Took some time to go and watch our girls hockey team. They're very good! Back in teh days when I played as a child all I remember was the cold and not being able to control the ball very well on the rough, bobbly grass. My, how times have changed! These girls play on a water turf under night time flood lights - it's fast, accurate and incredibly skillful.

But the cold is still the same - I was frozen to the core by the time I got home. Maybe if I'd been on the pitch with them I'd have been warm too ;)
