This is Amar

So just as I was getting ready to head out to the cinema yesterday I pulled something in my back (I think ). So i didn't make it out yesterday at all and spent the day lazing around focusing on my back pain.

It's not as bad today but still sore if I take a really deep breath which is making me think it may be my athsma (I will just have to wait and see).

Anyway got a visit today from and old friend in the form of Amar. It has been a while since I saw him as he went off to study in Falmouth for a year. So it was good to get a much needed catch up before he heads off to study in the big smoke that is London.

We went out for a bit of lunch/dinner with burgers all round and a wee beverage. We watched Rangers win, heard Celtic got beat and didn't think much of the first half of the Bolton v Man City game. So it is fair to say we have had better days.

Nothing much planned for the rest of night just a bit of chillin and some movies I think.

Got a text from Jill which made me laugh "just arrived in Marseille we are out exploring. The city isn't much to look at so we are heading to the docks to see if that fairs better".
