Apple Crumble

More cooking with the bag of apples my friend Sandy gave me. I have one left but am hopefully I will get some more!

Done a lot today. Started with a 16 mile bike ride! Not bad for a 47 year old asthmatic and a 60 something post-heart op patient! (Well, 4 months post-op!)

Came home and dashed off the apple crumble - there were two but I took one to my mum and dad's when I went to cook them lunch. Dad appreciated all my efforts but mum doesn't eat a lot these days.

Came home and decided that as I'd cleared my bathroom out yesterday to wash everything down I might as well paint the ceiling, so I did!

I really don't know where I'm getting all this energy from!
