Plant growing in to dry stane dyke

After morning cycle listening to a podcast about how to maintain & care for your brain (food - sleep - exercise), I headed off down to Sainsbury's to buy kippers for the Omega 3 oils ("tablets not as good"). As usual, they are on offer if you buy several but there is no way to cook them up without writing off the kitchen and making the fish haters really mad. The bad news is I've got another 2 packs for later.
