Water Skiing in Mid Winter

This was a beautiful lake with a backdrop of snowy mountains behind, but also the sun so I couldnt get a photo of both without the skier disappearing into a black shilouette but the spray he was making was just fantastic with high speed shutter that I had to choose one that showed off the shapes. Each photo showed a different shape of wave even though vaguely similar, not exactly the same. It was a fun process to play with the camera. Would like to do it again and try for some more depth of field, and also some less. Lots of opportunities for photo play but he obviously had enough and he went home, so that was the end of that!
