Quay
Last night Peter Gilmore's Quay showed off their 8 course degustation before our senses. It was a beautiful array of colour, texture, aroma and flavour.
This was one of my favorites.
Salad of pickled rhubarb, endive, beetroot, purple carrot, rosa radish, kohlrabi, sheepskin milk curd, pomegranate molasses and violet. Matched with a wicked 2009 Bass Phillip Gamay from South Gippsland.
Heaven.
