Beanz Meanz....

...a quick tea. Back from my 2nd 12 hour shift and i'm so tired despite it being a quiet one. Sometimes that's worse than the busy ones as time drags. Never mind, i've got a day off tomorrow and another prospective buyer coming to view the house. I've resigned myself to the fact it's not going to be a quick sale but i keep telling myself it only takes one offer and then it's all go, so wish me luck.
