Three guesses....

but you won't need them,guess what one of the things I did today was.....

We all stayed in bed till gone 10am today.... the sleepover guest made it down for breakfast at 11am :D fine by me,that is pretty much standard on a Saturday in this house.
Did some tidying and titivating,then showed Mr W my new cake bake book and told him to choose one for me to have a go at and he chose the above.. Lemon meringue cupcakes... so,I sent him off to buy some lemon curd for the filling and also a sneaky packet of pistachio's as that's my choice for the next cupcake sessions..
David Dickensons love child arrived to collect me and had a sneaky taste session... she was pleased by them and when she dropped me off,she took another home with her,she had barely reversed from my drive when she turned and looked at me and the topping was all around her chops !! ahahahahahhahaah she is a cake monster.
We are now watching that crap TV show X-Factor....
