I belong to Glasgow.....

This is down town.....George Square, Glasgow, Scotland, but for the next few days it is Philadelphia. The city is alight because Brad Pitt fever has hit the town. Brad, his Mrs and the weans are up here for the filming of World War Z.
Brad Pitt plays a character called Gerry Lane, a UN employee who scours the world in a race against time to stop a worldwide zombie epidemic, referred to as World War Z. The weather has been kind to them so far, and Glasgow was jumping with sight seers, looking for a glimps of anything famous, never mind BP himself.
I am surprised that many of the props such as the street signs flags etc have not found their way to the Barra's (famous Glasgow market) yet.
It was fun to see the city in a different light, the kids loved it.
The funniest thing I saw though was all the famous George Square pigeons sunning themselves behind the crowd barriers, they looked as if they had been herded in out of the way, now anyone that knows a Glasgow pigeon knows that they can't be herded, they have a mean city walk and will give the game away that it isn't really Phili but Glasgow when the film finally makes it to the big screens :D
