Douzy Lac by moonlight

Dozy informed me that the word baguette, translates as wand. As all good wizards know, ?the wand chooses the wizard,? so this morning I stood in the boulangerie and waited.... but nothing even slightly Harry Potterish happened , I had to order a baguette, one did not come rushing to me? I guess this means I am a muggle.

The afternoon was set aside for some male bonding. Jacca and I hired a kayak and set off across the lac. Jacca did not fall for my old ?let?s get out the kayak? on the far shore, and then I quickly paddle off deserting him there, trick.

Supper time I initiated my young apprentice in to the dark arts of barbequing. Today we covered how to poke the food, and make it look very technically very challenging and dangerous.

Later we played Windbreak Volleyball. The rules are fairly fluid but do usually fall in my favour. Jacca was convinced that hours on Super Mario Sports Mix would turn him in to a volleyball diva. Jacca was doing rather well, so I declared it beach volleyball and took my shirt off and threatened to don my speedos. The sight of my manly, muscular physique was enough to make him forget all he had learnt on the Wi, and I prevailed without additional recourse to dastardly tactics. I fear this may be my last year of victories!

The evening was finished with Jacca and myself walking Merryn. At one point Jacca had his flip flops sucked off by a muddy puddle he was trying to traverse. I must admit to more laughing than helping, whilst he tried to recover them.
