Chilli Crab Linguine

Ok ok, so this is kind of work but it was so good that I need to show you.

As Life Muser said last week, part of our work is photographing tasty fishy easy weekday meals and boy is this quick. This one is from Fishy Fishy Cookbook, Dermot O'Leary's restaurant. (swoon!)

Make linguine (i used spaghetti) as per instructions on pack.

In a frying pan heat some olive oil, add 1/2 tsp garlic puree, 1/2 tsp chilli paste, a tin of white crab meat, add 100ml white wine then combine with pasta. Share into large dishes and add some fresh basil on top. All ready in 10mins.
