Making A Horses Ass Of Things?

I was out shooting a horse show today.

There just after 7.30am and setting up the tent, laptops, printers etc. One again (for those that may remember) the generator was giving problems......running fine but giving no power output.

After dismantling it I found that a vital earth connection wasn't. Running repairs were made and success.............we had power.

What we had probelms with at first was - we all forgot seats. After a raid on the organisers tent and stealing a couple of jumping pole stands we had seats and cushions - luxury.

The weather was good - very good in fact (glowing red bald head now) and hundreds of pictures were taken.

Sales went pretty well and we can only hope that once the shots are sifted and uploaded to the website we will sells a load more. It all helps to pay for lenses etc.

Afterwards we all headed of for a Chinese buffet - well deserved as nothing other than a couple of muffins had been eaten all day.

For those that are bound to want to know.................the pattern on the horses bum is created by usining a template. This is held against the horse and the hair is brushed the 'wrong way' and sprayed with hairspray to keep it in place.
