Seeing Red.

Yes that is me - 'seeing red' - over computers and internet.
I seem to be having problems getting on to Broadband Mail and Internet.
First thing in the morning I seem to get on, and then after that it is hit and miss.
A while ago I took my wireless router out, as I thought that was the problem, but no it must be more.
Have rung the Provider - and that takes a while to get on to them, and they said it may be my filters. Tried another filter, nothing.
Then for no reason about 30 mins later I can get on again.
So intermittent that is is frustrating and stressful.
I will try and get my friendly guru to come and sort my problems or advise me.
