Sick

I've not seen the day today, the flu has found me! I've been under the covers with a thobbing head, a cough and aching bones. I thought a photo of some nice creamy chicken soup would be good but the pantry was bare, instead my mug of warm milk and honey with a little nutmeg - sposed to be good for insommia. Straight from the camera as I'm not feeling like experimenting today.
