Safe Ground???

I published this Blip on the 22nd Of Feb this year, taken at about the instant that the earthquake that devastated Christchurch happened. This is the first time that I have consciously looked at the ground and felt, with a degree of confidence, that the ground under me isnt moving.

It got me thinking.....

We consider the ground to be a safe haven, when we get of a scary flight we get our feet on the ground and breathe a sigh of relief dont we?????
Im glad Im again feeling this way again but I feel for the people left in Christchurch wondering if they will ever feel that way again.......
