Obligatory counselling pic

Once again, the tree outside my counsellor's apartment block.

Had a good, if emotional, session. My counsellor told me to write a letter to my doctor to take with me when I see him on Tuesday in the hope that the written word may have more of a response than me saying everything I'm struggling with.

Had another evening with the lovely Miss Coull and Kitten. Met some rather awesome Australians too. Unfortunately on yet another mood crash now, but at least I had some good moments today...
