Cranes (2)

I'm working in the upper floors of the DHT (David Hume Tower) for the next three weeks, and this is the view that caught my eye as I walked up from the 8th to the 11th floor this morning.

The far-reaching spider arms of the cranes over the slick Quartermile make me a little sad for the pretty elegance of George Sq and the solid pride of the Victorian Royal Infirmary.
