Cake

This is the chocolate cake I baked this morning for Callum (seen in the middle). Happy 12th Birthday!

The Finnis' are very good friends of ours and have seen us through the good times and bad, and have supported all of us. They really are a superb family and mean a lot to us. Sadly they've had to return to the mainland for a funeral, but stopped off with us for tea before heading down south to catch their ferry home. It was good to catch up with them, albeit briefly. We're looking forward to seeing them again in a couple of weeks times.
