Flooded farmland late afternoon

Had to work today, tried to get an image on the way to work, but didn't like it so tried again on the way home. This was better I think, a bit more interest with the snowy hills, leafless trees, and the large tract of water, where a paddock used to be. Even the hint of a rainbow.

The poor cows have been pushed back to the edges today, but at least the sun is shining. This land drained better before the earthquakes, it seems to retain the water now, so something to do with the land has been changed.
