Harvest Time!

Out on the combine for the first time this season. We combined 63 acres of oats - just a small area that Ken had swathed early to use for seed next year. A nice short day of combining - if only they all were like that! It was a nice start to harvest. I took this picture while waiting for Dale to come with the Grain Cart - had some extra time to kill. Nic & I kept Dale pretty busy running around getting the oats from our full combines.
