Blimey

A work filled day. Really. I was first in the office. I got to unlock the place. That felt good. Like belonging. I made a cup of tea seeing as I was sooo early - who knew the choice of milk was so large? Condensed Milk - really? I only associate that with making toffee.

I was really busy all day (and felt amazingly happy about it). I think that I was so focussed on work that I can explain the getting-the-wrong-bus-debacle. Seriously, I got on a bus that turned up at the time I expected my Proper Bus. It was the Wrong Bus. Blimey. I got back to the train station after an adventure on another bus.

A colleague dropped in today and we had a chat - all in German. A memo has gone out asking everyone to talk to me in German - I think this is great. It is much appreciated.
