Failure

Today's nicotine patch fell off this morning, it was so hot. That, plus a combination of difficult deadlines and an increasingly wonky internet connection might explain why, at about 11.30pm, I caved in and smoked three cigarettes, one after another . Ah well, tomorrow is another day.
