Park Run - Southwick

Tonight I volunteered some time to take photos of the first ever Southwick Parkrun. Tonights run was a trial run ahead of the first official public run at this location which takes place on the 3rd September.

This photo shows the first person ever to cross the line at the Southwick course.

Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in. To find our more visit:
