Old Gate Post and Hinge

Phew! Another exhausting but satisfying day at work with my new children. Went for a cycle run after dinner to clear my head and get some fresh air. There is something about old gate posts - in fact anything old - that I really like. I think it is the imprint of time that I like. The rust, the lichens and the dicolouration that give pleasing textures and patterns.
