365 Grateful Project_Day 6

It was raining earlier - a refreshing feeling after several days of heat.

There are just so many things I associate each time it pours. But every time I never miss remembering my guy friend. When you first see him you don't take him as the romantic type but what he told makes me respect his sensibility. He said he loves rains because they wash bad feelings away and when the dark overcast is lifted there's a promise of a fresh start over.

I, too, love occasional downpours. I relish in the smell of the grass, the coolness of the air and the dampness of the soil after.
