Tuberose
Well, this is the second day my sweet heart is away in Costa Rica doing research. I think it involves a lot of fishing. I spent a good deal of the day in the sunny garden, pruning, cutting, admiring. My tuberoses are just now coming in and they are devine. Their scent, that is.
I am waiting ever so patiently to see how my future will shape up. I just found out that I lost my Montessori job I have had for two years due to smaller enrollment. It's all about the economy. A month or so ago I interviewed for an architect position, and they are waiting to make a decision based on the stock market. Clients get jittery when the stock market 'gyrates' like it did last week. The nice news is that they liked me. It's just a matter of what they can offer me and when.
Meanwhile, I am focusing on the last two weeks of summer vacation with the kids. That and all my flowers.
