Olive oil sunshine

It's been a plummy afternoon and evening, as I was determind to use the bucket ( literally! ) of plums Jean ( from the farm at the weekend ) gave me. I started by making some plum chutney and whilst that was boiling away I made myself a couple of loaves of bread as I'm getting a bit low on supplies.

Timed it so's they'd be ready just before 6pm so's I could meet Jo and Fossey for a walkies.

Back home for some soup, then cracked on with a batch of plum jam. There was still enough plums left over to freeze for using later in a crumble.

Anyway, bit of an emergency blip - as I was kneading away at the bread I spotted the sun's rays shining through the bottle of olive oil on the work top next to me. After I'd finished kneading I washed my hands and set to cleaning the dough off the camera - shhhhhhhhhhhh, don't tell Sav!
