Antipasto Skewers

We went to a Luncheon for a 'Taste of Tuscany'. It was a sales event at Splendido, a continuing care center. The menu included Antipasto Skewers, Tuscan Chicken Strips, Sun dried tomato on crostini, Fried Ravioli, and Amaretto Cheesecake. I liked the Skewers and the Cheesecake. McDonalds has better Chicken Strips, however this Luncheon was free. We should not "Look a Gift Horse in the Mouth'.
