.....AC/DC may not be available on iTunes, but their own brand wine is available from good old Woolies......what a strange world we inhabit.

The weather focussed its energy on trying to buck the trend that our Edinburgh summers are getting warmer and drier....that particular claim from the BBC Weather Centre is difficult to believe, I've now had to dry two pairs of underpants, post-cycling, in under a week.

Elsewhere I ran 5K and then cycled 15k as preparations for my forthcoming athletic adventure intensify. I'm in danger of slimming down to a mountain.
