Fresh healthy food and sometimes frozen
The addict had her first relapse yesterday and payed for it :)
As from nowhere I got the idea to get off the bus home from office at the licorice shop (a shop with lots of licorice of all kinds and nothing else). Maybe they had something without sugar, so I could indulge without feeling guilty towards my new way of eating.
Oh yes they had... this and that and those without sugar and a whole shelf with "raw licorice". The woman was an excellent seller (they are everywhere arnt they!?).
So outside the shop I opened up the bag with raspberrylicorice. One, two, many.. I wont go into detail how I felt an hour after - I was sick like a stomach flu or when you have eaten something rotten.
It sure gave me a good thinking about what ingredients there are in candy and how you get used to them when you eat them all the time!
Tonight when I felt craving for something sweet I made one of my fav smoothies:
1 big glass:
12 frozen strawberrys
2,5 dl squeezed oranges
1 nectarine in pieces.
Mix in a blender
