A White Feather left to be found

When my Dad died I was told that when you see a white feather it is the spirit of the dead sending an ' I am here and have not forgotten you' message.

Today I came across a white feather lying on the grass in the garden, so I thought of my Dad.

I then thought that it had actually been left by one of our chickens.

But it still made me think of my Dad.
