Baking Day #16

Honey and Orange Cake.

I normally bake this in a round tin but the Royal Southern Yacht Club wanted tray bakes that they could cut into squares - so that's what they got!
Delivered another batch today and already started on tomorrow's order as I am expecting a VIP visitor in the morning ;)

By the way - no yachts were sunk following the crew consuming my cakes!!
